This rava is specially made for soft, fluffy idlis and also works well in other South Indian steamed dishes.
How to Use:
- Soak Arshith Fresh Idly Rava in water for 2–3 hours.
- Grind urad dal separately and mix it with the soaked rava.
- Let the batter ferment overnight for soft, airy idlis.
- Steam and serve with chutney or sambar.
