At Arshith Fresh, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh FMCG products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our goods, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant photos and details. We will review and resolve the issue by offering:
- A replacement product (where applicable), or
- A full/partial refund (depending on the issue)
Eligibility:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
- Photo/video proof must be shared at support@arshithfresh.com
- Product must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable)
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund/replacement requests based on the circumstances.
